Heaven Bound

On the evening of 11/11/11, one of two bullets fired from the 1600 block of Constitution Avenue in Washington DC, struck the second floor living quarters of the White House where, President Obama and his family reside. As far as I know, this is a one of a kind incident, which, leads me to believe that God  allowed it for a specific purpose. 

This incident happened within days of a story that broke regarding President Obama and French President Nicolas Sarkozy. On Nov 3, at the G-20 summit, the two were over heard making the following statements regarding Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu – President Sarkozy calling him a “liar” and President Obama, lamenting that he has to “deal with him (Netanyahu) every day”. Clearly implying, he considers the Prime Minister and Israel to be a pain the backside, if not worse. http://www.nytimes.com/2011/11/09/world/middleeast/in-overheard-comments-nicolas-sarkozy-calls-benjamin-netanyahu-a-liar.html

Now, I find this interesting, because the name of the individual arrested for the shooting, has a name, which, means “nettle” (a thorn). He also has a name, which means “divine spear”.  Could it be, that God has used this individual and his actions to deliver a “divine” message/warning to Mr. Obama?  I wouldn’t be surprised.

Here is the name (and meaning of the names) of the man arrested for the shooting at the White House – Oscar Ramiro Ortega–Hernandez 

Oscar – Divine Spear

Ramiro – Powerful in army, powerful in battle

Ortega- Nettle

Hernandez – Adventurous

When, you think about the name and the details of the story, it gets very interesting.

When the bullet struck the window of the yellow Oval room, the glass was shattered to the very room, in which, President Roosevelt was sitting, when, he learned of the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.  Can it possibly be coincidence,  then, that President Obama should be traveling to Hawaii, the home of Pearl Harbor, when, the glass to this very room was shattered.  Somehow, I doubt it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yellow_Oval_Room

Also, the second floor living quarters of the White House contain the Lincoln bedroom; a stark reminder of what a bullet can do to a President, when a nation is in turmoil and in danger of being divided.

President Obama has engaged himself (and us) in a dangerous game of friend and foe – so, complicated that it is almost virtually impossible (without spiritual understanding) to see and understand, which, is which.

This may or may not tie in, but, I thought it interesting all the same.  When President Obama was here in Hawaii for APEC, he decided, to the surprise of everyone, to “for-go”, or skip, the tradition of wearing the costume of the host country.  I wonder why? 

Why, when, the President seems to boast at every opportunity of being from Hawaii, did he, discourage the visiting dignitaries from wearing the Hawaiian shirt and lei that had been provided for them, choosing instead, the stodgy and formal, suit and tie, almost, never seen in this climate, especially, in Hawaii, where, we love our Aloha wear.  Why?

Is it perhaps, because he does not identify with us, the Country, he leads and says he loves.  I wonder.

The Bible tells us in Proverbs 27:6 –

“Faithful are the wounds of a friend, but, the kisses of an enemy are deceitful” 

The Bible also, says, that what is whispered in secret, will be shouted from the rooftops. For, it is God alone, who, sees the heart of a man and exposes his thoughts and deeds for what they are.

Friends, time is short, this game of deceit is destined to run a very short course, and then, will come to an abrupt end with the return of Jesus Christ. The question, once again, is – are you ready?

One last thought, it is 153 days from November 11, 2011 to April 11, 2012 (Passover), a date that Ron Reese and others, believe will be the date the anti-Christ will suffer his deadly head wound. In light of the bullets that struck the White House on 11/11/11, it may very well, be so.

On September 11, 2001, the twin towers of the World Trade Center suddenly and unexpectedly came crashing down. Eleven years later, on September 30, 2011, two Giant Sequoia’s (towers of another kind) also, came suddenly and unexpectedly crashing down.

I’ve been thinking about this since my last post. And, if the falling of the towers represents judgment, (as some believe), then, that same judgment, or warning of –  extends now, from “sea to shining sea” as the twin towers of the World Trade center were on the East Coast and the Sequoia’s are on the West Coast.

The Bible has a lot to say about trees and although, the twin towers were not trees, per se; more steel, brick and concrete, than wood, as buildings, they could still, symbolically, be viewed, as wood.

The Bible says in Matthew 7:19, that a tree that does not bear good fruit should be “cut down and thrown in to the fire”, for a tree that does not bear good fruit, is of no use. Once it becomes nothing but, a habitation for pesky and destructive birds, it has lost its usefulness to the owner and there is nothing left to be done, except, to hew it down and throw it into the fire.

The country (and the world), has changed vastly since that terrible day in September 2001. With the advent of the internet, wickedness and perversion of every kind has spread exponentially. Our children are no longer safe, in or out of the womb and are often victims of physical and sexual abuse, and even murder at the hands of people they trust. 

It’s interesting, when you think about the crystal skulls which have recently toured the country. The Mayans were experts in victimizing children and its all too apparent, that the spirits they hope to awaken are more than accustomed to the taste of young blood.

Yes, this once great country has become a habitation for demons and a haunt for every unclean bird.

     Giant Sequoia

On Friday September 30, two giant Sequoia’s estimated to be 250 to 300 feet tall and 20 feet at the base suddenly and unexpectedly fell over in Sequoia National Park, California. Caught on video by a stunned German tourist, it is footage of the rarest kind, as trees of this age and size do not normally fall over of their own accord. 

 ‘It’s very, very rare for a giant Sequoia tree to
die standing up unless it’s in a very, very severe fire,’ a district ranger told
Catholic Online.

….. “this is historic”.

Laying side by side, like a giant number 11, one of the trees crosses the “trail of one hundred giants” blocking access to one of the parks most popular trails; leaving the park in the dilemma of what to with these massive trees, no small undertaking, whatever the decision.

Giant Sequoia’s are the largest living things on earth and the trees which fell on Sept 30 are said to be 1,500 years old, if not older, as Sequoia trees can live to be 2,000 to 3,000 years old.  

As I was thinking about the extreme rarity of not one but, two trees falling simultaneously and being caught on tape, I realized that this could be nothing short of an act of God. 

Consider the following:

– According to the park ranger in the video, the trees fell at 1:11 p.m. (PST).  

– The trees fell on Friday Sept. 30, which was Rosh Hashanah

– From Sept 30 to Nov 9 is forty days – A forty day warning for this week, if not for the 11th.  November 9 is the anniversary of Kristallnacht –  “night of the broken glass” in Germany in 1938 – considered by many to be the start of the Holocaust.  Nov 9 is also the 313th day of the year.

– The Giant Sequoia’s were designated a National Monument on April 15, 2000 – 11 years ago.

– The trees lay along side the “trail of one hundred giants”.   The word Giant in Genesis 6:1-4 is Nephilim.

I came across this story via Five Doves today and decided, though rushed that I would  post on it anyway as I am eager to hear feedback from all of you.

    Tim Tebow

Sports fans.  They’ve been around as long as there has been a ball to toss, kick, dribble or shoot and, we love the guys (and gals) who, do it best.  We root and cheer for our favorite teams and players with an enthusiasm unmatched by just about anything else.  As Americans, we love competition and we love to WIN! 

American sports fans are among the best in the world. With a dogged loyalty, we stay true to teams, who haven’t won a pennant or championship in years and show an amazing amount of grace towards players who struggle with personal issues such as drug and alcohol addition. We forgive personal failures and infidelities and tolerate any number of peculiarities and vices – all for the love of the game – and the win! 

So, why, when a player kneels to pray and thank Jesus Christ for help and strength in the game he loves, are his actions met with mockery and contempt?

I’ve been thinking about this for the past few days and I think I found a clue through some reading I’ve been doing.

For the last few months, I’ve been trying to work my way through the Bonhoeffer book. For those of you who have read it, you know it’s a massive and challenging read, but, one that is well worth the effort.  The other night, I picked it up to continue where I had left off and I was struck by an observation that Bonhoeffer had made in some of his writings. (Bonhoeffer, for those of you who may not know, is the German theologian, who was executed by the Nazi’s for his part in a plot against Hitler).

From his works, titled Ethics, he writes:

In a world where success is the measure and justification of all things the figure of Him who was sentenced and crucified remains a stranger and is at best the object of pity. The world will allow itself to be subdued only by success.  It is not ideas or opinions which decide, but deeds. Success alone justifies wrongs done… With a frankness and off-handedness which no other earthly power could permit itself, history appeals in its own cause to the dictum that the end justifies the means … The figure of the Crucified invalidates all thought which takes success as its standard.

In other words, there is no higher altar at which to worship than the altar of success.  Therefore, Tim Tebow is not hated for what he has achieved, but, in spite of it. The world loathes him because he does not and will not worship at the altar to which all others have aspired; the altar of Success.

Bonhoeffer goes on to point out that Germans, who were previously on the fence about Hitler, were in the end swayed by his success. German national image and pride which had been badly broken by their defeat in WWI, had now been healed.  And, success, as they say, is a hard thing to argue with.

A dangerous and insidious “doctrine” of sorts, that has infiltrated not only politics and “pop” culture today, but, the church itself –

God wants you a winner!   Live Your Best Life Now!  (Which causes me to think, if your best life is now, you might want to consider where it is you are going!!!)  Prosperity is a choice and God wants you rich  …. and on and on. 

As if prosperity, winning and success were the goals for which Christ died. And, it is this same sentiment that will lead a world in chaos to the waiting arms of Mr. Success himself, the anti-Christ.

I like how the author of  Bonhoeffer; Pastor, Martyr, Prophet, Spy summarizes Bonhoeffer’s thoughts on success:

“God was interested not in success, but obedience. If one obeyed God and was willing to suffer defeat and whatever else came one’s way. God would show a kind of success  that the world couldn’t imagine. But, this was the narrow path, and few would find it.”

In conclusion, I would say, that there are many kinds of success. And, most of us will never endure the public spot light on our faith. But, whether we are Tim Tebow in front of thousands of sports fans or a simple grandmother, whose knees  are worn in prayer, may there never be any doubt, in the lives of you and me, who it is we worship and which altar it is, we worship at.

Thank you, Tim Tebow, you bring honor to the name of Jesus. May God bless you and keep you always!

     Crystal Mayan Skull

On October 26, a contingent of Mayan elders arrived in the United States to begin a  journey that will take them cross-country from NY to LA in just about two and a half weeks.  In their possession are 13 crystal skulls which will be used along the way in ceremonies at various new age “hot spots” across the country. Said to hold mystical properties and to be of pre-Colombian origin (neither of which have been proven), the skulls have gained interest and popularity in the United States and around the world in recent years with films such as Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull and various internet and radio programs.

On a journey that will end on 11/11/11 at the LAX Sheraton Gateway Hotel, the purpose for the journey, (according to the Mayan elders) is to “reawaken the spirit” of the North American continent.  According to the elders, the spirits, when awakened, will impart to us ancient wisdom regarding  the history of our planet and the future of mankind, as contained within the skulls.

This may seem kooky and quirky; a lot of new age “gobbledygook” to some, but, nothing could be further from the truth. While, we scoff at celebrities like Shirley Maclaine and her crystals and smirk at supermarket tabloids with their “photos” of aliens and skulls; we, forget that entire civilizations were once centered upon these beliefs and ignorant of the fact, that they continue to hold influence over world leaders today.

Last March, a crystal skull believed to be owned by the infamous SS Chief Heinrich Himmler surfaced in a house owned by an old woman who had been married to a high-ranking Nazi officer. It is no secret that the Nazi regime was steeped in the occult, so, it should come as no surprise that they, too, would have taken a great interest in acquiring one of these skulls.

And, can it be any coincidence that the pogrom against the Jews known as Kristallnacht, the night of the broken glass took place on 11/9/38 ( 8 + 3 = 11), when, Jewish homes, businesses and Synagogues across Nazi Germany and Austria were destroyed by sledgehammers and set afire.

As we have seen from recent events, the numbers 9 and 11 are powerful and carefully chosen numbers, inexplicably intertwined for purposes most are unaware of.  Even the name of the month November comes from the latin word Novem, which means nine.

It is believed by some that 11/11/11 will open a portal to another dimension and according to the Mayan elders, it is for this express purpose that they are making their journey. Will they be  successful?  Will the spirits they are calling forth be awakened and released upon us?  It may very well be so, as it should be apparent to anyone with even the slightest amount of spiritual discernment that these spirits are even now pressing hard to be released – straining against the force that holds them back until the appointed time.  And, what is holding them back, except the spirit of Jesus, which lives in you and me, as born-again believers.

On thinking about the skulls, I was reminded that Jesus was crucified at Golgotha, the place of the skull.  Ironic, isn’t it that a skull should be the ceremonial artifact of a civilization that practiced human sacrifice by ripping the hearts out of living victims in order to gain the power and appeasement of their gods.

When, the vertical beam of the cross was driven in to the skull of Golgotha that day; death, hades and sin were delivered a lethal blow by the one who, required not our blood, but his, to pay for our sins. This and this alone would please the one true God.

The Mayan skulls are a mockery of our Lord and his death on Golgotha, the enemy flaunts these skulls, attributing to them power derived from the blood of innocent victims, who lie nameless and faceless, (except unto God), beneath the soil of South American jungles.

Brothers and sisters, the hour is late and many are deceived. The stores are jammed with last-minute Halloween shoppers and witches, webs, ghouls and skulls rest side by side with early Christmas decorations.  A vivid display of a generation foolish enough to believe they can have it both ways. But, it will not be this way much longer, as the day is coming, when the two will be seperated.

Will that day be 11/11/11? And, if it is, will you be ready?

     The Eye of Horus

In the early morning hours of October 16, I awoke from a very vivid dream regarding President Obama. I’ve been thinking and praying about it all week, wanting to post on it, but, not sure what God was showing me.  Finally, with the events that occurred in Libya this past week, I think I understand.

Let me explain by first relating this short but, very vivid dream. 

In the dream, I, (along with one other person) was making up a bed that President Obama had previously been sleeping in. We were straightening the covers and putting the pillows in place, when, I heard these words: “He has received the eye of Horus ring”. 

That was it, very brief, but, very clear and I awoke the next morning wondering it meant and what an eye of Horus ring might be.

Horus according to Egyptian mythology is the off-spring of the god Osiris and the goddess Isis. The eye of Horus, the ancient Egyptian symbol of protection, royal power and good health.

Today, in cities around the world, people have gathered together for the express purpose of demanding change.  What that change might be and, how it will come about, seems to be anyone’s guess, a fact, that has done little to deter the proponents of this loosely organized movement, which, is sweeping the world.

Camped out in financial districts of cities around the world, people, no longer content with a world system, they view as corrupt and greedy are demanding their share of the kingdom.  The “have-nots’, hungry for what the “have’s” have, are no longer willing to sit idly by, while, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. Ironically, the movement encompasses the more affluent countries, where even the poorest among us have more than the majority of the world population, who live daily in abject hunger and poverty. A fact, that seems to have escaped a movement organized by tweeting and twittering

What we need they say, is change. What we need to do, they say, is evolve. But, if evolution is what they are looking for, they are in for a bitter disappointment, as no evolution is possible without revolution first. And, revolution, as history has demonstrated seldom turns out well.

For the past two thousand years, the message of the gospel has been preached, “the kingdom of heaven is at hand”.  Jesus has already told us, what history has demonstrated, the kingdoms of this world will not and cannot deliver to us what we need.

Today, while some are camped out on Wall Street, others have erected small temporary shelters in their backyards in accordance with the Biblical mandate to dwell in booths for seven days during the feast of Tabernacles. A symbol of the Messianic Kingdom, the booths (Sukkah’s) are a reminder that we are not to become too comfortable or too attached to this world on our journey to the promised land.  As believers, we have a King and a Kingdom, which is not of this world.

The feast of Tabernacles was the last major feast that Jesus would observe before he went to the cross at Passover in the final year of his ministry. And, as his ministry neared its end, people came face to face with a choice, (just like they are today) the King and his kingdom or the kingdom of man.

In 2008, the man, who would be king campaigned on the promise of change. And, while he has failed in some ways to deliver on that promise, in other ways, he has been wildly successful. And, in the course of three short years, the slogan, he campaigned on for the Presidency (change) has now, become a mantra for the masses around the world, the fact, of which, I am sure, he is acutely aware of.

The world is clamoring for a kingdom and for every kingdom, there is a king. The world is ripe for the picking and it won’t be long before someone taking notice will cease the opportunity. Take note, the sum total of the numbers for today’s date, 15-10-11 are 9. And, 9 is the biblical number for judgment.

The Israelites insisted they wanted a King and were given Saul. The world wants a king and they, too, will receive one. Change is coming, yes, it is.  Stay alert, keep your oil burning and keep looking up  – for the real King, Jesus is coming soon!

    “Occupy Phoenix” Logo

On Saturday October 15, thousands of people will gather in Phoenix to demonstrate against what they term  an “opague and exclusive government, (which is) unduly influenced by Wall Street (and) has lost its way.” Hoping to incite change, they are calling for people from all walks of life to join them in creating social unity for the purpose of bringing change to the current system.

When I read this story, it immediately caught my attention since it involves both Phoenix and the date of October 15.  The Phoenix, as most of you know, is an occult symbol and represents the New World Order rising out of the ashes of the old world system.  The date of October 15, is also the Feast of Tabernacles, the last of the fall Feasts and the seventh of God’s holy convocations representing heaven and the Messianic kingdom.  Therefore, I find it extremely interesting that these two events should share the same date as each falls in direct opposition to the other.

On the evening of July 5, in a scene right out of an apocalyptic movie, a massive dust storm 150 miles wide and a mile high engulfed the city of Phoenix leaving a thick coating of dust on everything in its path. Termed a “haboob” by the press, the photos and video footage were as amazing as they were eerie, and most everyone agreed; they had never seen anything like it.  http://www.accuweather.com/blogs/news/story/52066/very-large-and-historic-dust-s-1.asp

A “haboob” is an Arabic word which means “strong winds” and is a term that I doubt old-timers would recognize. Which causes me to think, once again, that this event was not a random natural occurrence, but, rather a specific warning by God as “haboobs” are massive sandstorms which normally occur in the very arid regions of the middle-East and Africa. Coming one day after the 235th anniversary of American independence, I can only wonder at it’s implications. Is God warning, that, should we continue down the path we are on, we will be given over to foreign enemies?  Or, is he simply saying, “judgment is coming and it will completely engulf you”?

The world is in economic and moral chaos -“the churning of the sea” as the Bible describes it and people are become increasingly desperate to find solutions to the problems they are facing. Sadly, though, most in their pride and in their zeal (as depicted by the clenched fist above) will never recognize the true answer to their problems, which is Jesus Christ.

In Leviticus 23:33- 44, God gives the command for the Israelites to celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles and to dwell in booths for seven days.

“Live in booths for seven days: All native born Israelites are to live in booths so our descendants will know that I had the Israelites live in booths when I brought them out of Egypt. I am the Lord your God”.  Leviticus 23: 42-43

The Israelites lived in these temporary shelters for 40 years en route to the promised  land.. The command to dwell yearly in these temporary shelters for seven days therefore, is to remind us that this life is but, temporary. Don’t make the mistake of making it your home.  If you are a believer, you are on a journey, as the Israelites were, to your real home, which is heaven.

October 15  – No need to mark it on your calendar, it’s just five days away, not long, but, time enough to think about which kingdom you are choosing and which king it is you want. You can only choose one, therefore, make sure you have chosen wisely.

     Civil War Reenactment

I had a dream a few weeks ago, that still has me thinking. It was the kind of dream that by virtue of its clarity and the many details involved really gets your attention.

The setting for the dream was the green rolling hills of Kentucky or perhaps Tennessee, where, I was with a large group of people watching a reenactment of the Civil War.  Men in blue and grey uniforms could be seen on either side of the field gathered in tight knots around rolling cannons which they fired towards each other in great billows of smoke as they advanced towards each other across the field.  

As I watch the proceedings, I spot within the crowd a family I know from church. I  don’t know them particularly well and seldom see them, but, I had heard recently that they were moving from Hawaii to the Mainland and I wanted to tell them good-bye.   

For some reason, the dream takes this in to context and as we are talking, the focus of the dream seems to be the fourteen year old daughter Anna; the rest of the family is there, but, they are indistinct and seem to be peripheral to the dream. 

The dream centers around telling Anna good-bye. Perhaps, knowing that she will soon be starting a new school, I am trying to encourage her. But, before I can really say much of anything, she hugs me and looking directly in to my eyes, says;  “don’t worry about anything, Jesus will take care of you”.

I have to say, I was quite startled by her words as I had not thought that I was worrying about anything. But, in retrospect, I now believe that her words have not so much to do with the present, but, with the future.

We are all watching for the rapture and the soon return of Jesus, but, should Jesus not return as soon as we expect, we need to know that no matter what happens; Jesus will take care of us!

Anna is a derivative of Hannah, which means “grace” or “favor”.  It is also the name of the aged prophetess, who prophesied in the temple along with Simeon at the time of the dedication of the infant Jesus. (Luke 2: 25-35). 

From an article at “theTrumpet.com” titled – “The Riots Are Getting Closer” – the author Robert Morely points out that America is at a pivotal point in history; from his blog dated October 4, he had this to say:

America is indeed verging on a pivotal moment in history. The nation is divided, it is financially broke, radicals are reaching for power, disgruntled masses are ready to be manipulated—and most important of all, …. there is no “deep, moral center” in America that will magically save it.

I couldn’t agree more, the moral foundation, the spiritual principles this country was once built upon have eroded away. The country is ripe for a revolution and revolutions as a rule never turn out quite the way they are promised.  Therefore, we need to be ready, our feet placed on the solid rock, knowing that in spite of what may be coming, that Jesus will take care of us.

As it turns out, the very next Sunday after I finished my last post, “A Generation in Despair” – Anna and her family for the first time I can remember, sat directly in front of me at church.  I contemplated telling them about the dream, not sure they would understand. But. when the service was over decided to go for it.  I said, “Anna, I want to tell you something” and I proceeded to tell her and her mother about the dream.

When I came to the words that she had quoted to me, “don’t worry about anything, Jesus will take care of you,” I couldn’t help but, choke up and my eyes filled with tears.  Over come with emotion and I said, “I think I am going to cry”.

I wondered how silly I must look to this fourteen year old girl, but, with eyes wide and blue, she listened attentively and held my hands as I spoke. I finished by saying, “Anna, I’m not sure why it was you that God used to convey this message to me, but, I want you to know that I am very grateful and I have no doubt in my mind that God has a very special calling on your life.” She seemed to understand and nodded, and with both our eyes now glistening with tears, we hugged and said good-bye and somehow I sensed that we both knew, this had been a Holy Spirit moment. 

Pray for Anna as she starts a new school in the mainland, pray for our country and as always,

“Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem, they shall prosper who love thee” Psalm 122: 6

Watching and waiting with YOU for the soon return of Jesus!  Cindy

This has got to be one of the most bizarre photos I have ever seen.  And, while it is one of the more extreme examples of the current “fad” among teens for self-expression through body mutilation, it is, in and of itself, not all that unusual. I’m sure if you look around your community, you will see the same thing in varying degree among the youth in your own neighborhoods.

When, I look at this photo, I see a young man who has gone to great effort to drastically and permanently alter his appearance. And, while his face is greatly disfigured, it cannot hide, the overwhelming sense of sadness, despair and loneliness captured by the expression on his face.

A couple of days ago, I was watching the Ray Comfort movie 180. It’s a great movie (30 minutes long), in which, Ray goes out on the street to interview teens about the parallels between the holocaust of Nazi Germany and the holocaust of abortion.  It was surprising to learn, (although, it shouldn’t have been) that a majority of the teens interviewed had little or no idea who Hitler was or what the holocaust of the Jews was all about.

As I watched the film and listened to the dialogue exchanged between Ray and the  teens being interviewed, these words came to mind  – “this is the third holocaust.”

 I wasn’t sure exactly what that meant, but, in thinking about it over the past couple of days, I believe God was showing me this.  There have been two holocausts –

1) – The holocaust of the Jews in Nazi Germany

2) – The holocaust of abortion following the Roe v Wade decision of 1973

But, there is yet a third holocaust; this one slightly different from the other two and yet similar in many ways; while, the first two seek to destroy the body, this one seeks to destroy not just the body, but, the soul and spirit.

The enemy is not satisfied that any children escaped the killing fields of the abortion clinics. Unsuccessful in destroying their bodies, he now targets their minds and spirits. But, not without the help of compliant parents and adults, who have emotionally and spiritually abandoned their children in pursuit of their own goals and pleasures.

It is vastly apparent that our children today are in crisis. With no one to guide, they can’t even be sure what gender they are! In the most important years of their lives, when, they are searching for identity and purpose, they are completely at a loss. Adults have either abandoned them or use them for facilitating their own agendas.

This is a wicked thing and the selfishness of a generation, whose motto was “do your own thing”  is destined to come back upon their very own heads!

The generation who could not be bothered to take responsibility for the children they conceived will find that the decisions they’ve made come at a very high price. Numbers alone, tell us the current working population cannot sustain the number of aging baby boomers.  When the youth of this generation are called upon to shoulder the care for their aging parents and grandparents, what do you think their response will be?

Next time you see, a goth inspired, mohawked, tatooed, pierced and transgendered teen, pray for them, extend some kindness to them; they are the victims of the third holocaust.  They have been abandoned to a depravity of spirit by the very people God commissioned to love, care for and guide them.  May God have mercy on us and may God cause each one of us daily to make some difference in the life of a child or teen.
