As I was thinking about today’s post, the words to this rock and roll hit from 1970 came to mind.
“Does anybody really know what time it is? Does anybody really care?
Recorded by the band Chicago on January 27/30, 1969, it was released in 7” format October 1970 and was the bands third hit single, following “25 or 6 to 4” and “Make Me Smile“.
Interesting, the word, “Listen” is part of the album cover and the title to the song on the flip side of the record.
The subject matter of today’s post came after watching a video of the Jim Bakker show on a posting from Gardengirl at Running from Babylon. If you have not seen today’s post, I strongly encourage you to do so and be sure to watch the video – or at least the first 15 minutes of it. You will be amazed! Apparently, a cow was born in Pennsylvania on September 25th of this year with the number 7 clearly marked across its face. And, while, it can be fun to find unusual markings on farm animals and other pets this I believe was something else for the story made headlines on September 26 – the first day of the Shemitah year -which is of course, the 7th year and a very important year on God’s prophetic calendar.
Here the calf affectionately known as baby Ben can plainly be seen with the number 7 emblazoned across his face.
I find it interesting that the cow was given the name Ben for Benjamin was the baby brother of Joseph in the Bible who interpreted Pharoah’s dream regarding the 7 fat cows, and the 7 lean cows indicating the severe famine that would soon strike Egypt.
And, Baby Ben is the name of an alarm clock. Appropriate, I believe in understanding that God is giving us warning of what time it is and what we can expect.
In searching for images, I found only one that had the name Baby Ben attached to the clock – and, guess what – the hands on this clock point to of all things – midnight!
I tell you, you just can’t make this stuff up. It seems to me that God is pulling out all of the stops to warn us of what is coming this year – the year of the Shemitah, the year of the blood moons, the tetrads.

It will be helpful in understanding why God seems to be pulling out all the stops to warn us for what is coming this year – a year unlike any other – for the Shemitah year ends on September 13 and 15 days later, the last blood moon – the completion of the 2014/2015 tetrad.
What may happen between then and now may be the most important of our lives.

Very astute observations. My whole take is that everything that has been “allowed” to happen without regard for those affected, has not gone unnoticed and the gig is up and payment is due, so to speak.

The PA cow was born on September 20, 201. The TV news story was aired on Sept 25th, 1st day of the Shemitah, which is the day the TX cow was born in Gatesville,
