“During the night I had a vision — and there before me was a man riding a red horse! He was standing among the myrtle trees in a ravine. Behind him were red, brown and white horses. I asked, ‘What are these my lord?’ The angel who was talking with me, answered, ‘I will show you what they are'” Zechariah 1:8-9
The image is striking. A man riding a powerful red horse standing among the myrtles. Behind him are three equally powerful horses. One of red, one of brown and one of white. Looking at them the man having the vision is puzzled and inquires as to what they are.
In response to his question he is told –
“They are the ones the Lord has sent to go throughout all the earth. And they reported to the angel of the Lord who was standing among the myrtle trees. We have gone throughout all the earth and found the whole word at rest and in peace.” Zechariah 1:10-11
No, wonder they are powerful! They have gone (at least symbolically) throughout the earth. And this is their report –
“The whole world is at rest and in peace”.
I don’t know about you but I can’t think of a time when the whole world was at rest and in peace. So what are we make of this report?
It’s interesting that this vision is identified as taking place on the 24th day of the 11th month which would be Shevat 24. On our Gregorian calendar that is February 19th of this year as today (January 27) is the first day of Shevat.
It struck me as I was reading this passage from Zechariah that the words “rest and peace” were eerily similar to the words “peace and safety or peace and security” that everyone is talking about in relation to the Deal of the Century due to be released on Tuesday January 28.
Therefore, I think it is entirely possible that between today Monday, January 27 and Wednesday, February 19 (Shevat 1-Shevat 24) the horses of Zechariah may well begin their ride through out the earth in order to submit their report.
Why Shevat?
It is interesting that the month of Shevat is known for the early blossoming of the almond tree. And that is because the first tree to blossom in Israel is the almond. It is therefore (in a sense) the first tree to awaken while all others are still sleeping.
Consider this verse out of Jeremiah:
“The word of the Lord came to me, What do you see, Jeremiah? I see the branch of an almond tree, I replied. The Lord said to me, You have seen correctly, for I am watching to see that my word is fulfilled.” Jeremiah 1:11-12
Amazingly, in Hebrew the word for watch and almond are almost exactly the same word!
Shoqed: Hebrew word #H8245 Strongs Concordance – “to awake, watch, wake, be alert”, and “to keep watch of, be awakeful over:
Shaqed: Hebrew word H8247 Strongs Concordance -“almond tree, almonds”.
Therefore you see, God is watching to see that his word is fulfilled and particularly during the month of almonds. That is why the report from the man on the red horse is so important. Let it also be said that the man identified as the angel of the Lord/aka Jesus/Yeshua is among the myrtles because myrtles are symbolic of love and compassion. In fact, the Hebrew name Hadassah comes from the word for myrtle (Hadas) which means compassion Therefore, it is out of love and compassion that God is watching. And he is very concerned regarding this report.
But when the report comes back although it sounds good on the surface it is not and God is angered. And this is why –
“I am very jealous for Jerusalem and Zion, and I am very angry with the nations that feel secure. I was only a little angry, but they went to far with the punishment.” Zechariah 1:14
You see dividing the land is a punishment! The world is weary of middle-East problems and seeks to implement what we perceive to be the solution. But it is not! And Israel feeling beholden to the United States as their friend and protector feels obligated to accept as they feel that everything else so far has been tried and failed. But what God wants is for them to trust him! But sadly, that will not be the case until after they have passed through what the Bible refers to as the time of Jacobs trouble.
Monday January 27 President Trump met with Israeli leaders (Netanyahu and Gantz) to discuss the peace plan that will be revealed to the public Tuesday January 28 at noon Eastern time. By all accounts they were in favor of it. How ironic that what the Bible terms ” a Covenant with Death” was revealed to them on Holocaust Remembrance Day. Not to mention the fact that just last Friday dignitaries and leaders from around the world gathered in Jerusalem for the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz. “Never again” they say. But sadly before the ink is set on this new peace deal history will repeat itself. And the holocaust of the 1940’s will pale in comparison.

I have not yet heard the details of the peace plan as I do not have cable TV but I did hear (if accepted) that the plan will take 6 weeks to implement. That would take us up to Purim. Which in itself is fascinating. Even more so when you consider that the period from February 19th to March 10/11 is 21 days. Twenty one as you know is an interesting number as it is the number of days Michael the archangel is said to have fought against the dragon in Daniel 10. So that makes it even more interesting, in my opinion.
Below is a timeline that takes us through the next few weeks. Keep in mind this is speculative and best used as point of reference for study as we navigate our way through the coming days.
Shevat 1 – Shevat 24 ….. (January 27 – February 19) – the horses of Zechariah chapter one traverse the earth in order to give a report to the Lord. This as I said previously is important. We are in the season of almonds. God is watching. The almond tree has blossomed (watching believers are awake and ready) while all other (non watching believers) are yet asleep. Think of the parable of the ten virgins. Red alert: This is a time to be ready!
Shevat 24 (February 19), the Lord receives the report and he is not happy. Not that the current information is not already known to God but the information confirms what God already knows. The nations are at “rest” so to speak and think they have pulled something slick – not only the deal of the century but the deal of the ages. They are sadly mistaken.
Shevat 24 – Adar 1 (February 19 to February 26 – A 7 day period. Perhaps the final opportunity for the bride to wake up and be ready. The season for almonds ends on Shevat 30 (February 25).
Shevat 24 – Adar 14/15 – (February 19 – March 11) A period of 21 days. The same number of days Michael fights against the dragon in Daniel 10. Another plan is afoot in spite of the peace agreement for destroying the Jews. The war is being fought first in the spiritual realm but may spill over in to real time (for those on the earth) around Purim.
Adar 14 (March 10-11) is Purim. Just as Haman made a plan to destroy the Jews their enemies will once again conspire against them. The ink will hardly be dry on the peace plan when the tables will turn ferociously against Israel. This leads I believe to what we see in the book of Revelation concerning the time of Jacobs trouble.

I just heard that the Palestinians will be offered East Jerusalem as a capital and this will be their final chance, their final offer … take it or leave it. I assume they will grudgingly come to the table and accept this offer as it confirms what we know from scripture.

This is a game changer. All Bible prophecy on fast forward from this point on. I had a rapture dream this past Saturday night that includes a 21 day time frame. I will consider blogging on it next post if I feel it pertains.

Thank you so much for writing and I do appreciate your encouragement….I am baffled but perhaps should not be at how many believers either think this ( the peace plan) is a good thing or think it will take a long time to implement or the Palestinians will never agree to it. They miss the point. We have pressured Israel to agree to a deal that divides God’s city. Regardless of the out come this is on our heads. We own it. The repercussions are ours. God has placed his very own name on this city and we think it’s ok to give over a portion of it to Muslims for the worship of the false God, Allah. I think not!

Wow! Thank you so much for taking the time to share this with us. It is really quite incredible and fits well with the thoughts I was trying to pull together in my post. And, it fits well with something else I am presently working on .. as a sort of follow up post. So much happening so fast it’s like trying to condense an avalanche down to a mountain stream …where to start …that’s the question.
But drawing from some things I’ve read from other believer/watchers …. plus some thoughts of my own, I can’t help but believe we have entered a very significant period of time. Okay, now this has me excited:
That little Swedish boy on YT told about his dream of something beginning on a Friday, and then people float away two days later on Sunday.
Tim Foster just experienced a prophetic dream that dovetails with this. In the dream he
was told April 3, which he discovered is a Friday. So I too looked it up, and two days later, that Sunday just happens to be Palm Sunday:
Revelation 7:9
After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands.
