Eyes To See

Image result for eyes to see

The world remains in a state of shock at what happened in Paris on Friday night. The gruesome images on the television conveying to our eyes what our minds find difficult to believe – the senseless shedding of innocent blood.

It’s difficult for us to imagine the mentality of anyone who would coldly and systematically carry out the murder of innocent victims. So brutal in their actions, so committed to their goals that they are not moved in the least by the humanity of their victims. And, while most of us would call these people monsters, to others they are heroes.

Yesterday morning, the aftermath of Paris still fresh and heavy in the minds of anyone who had tuned in to their television sets the night before. I gathered downtown with a few others in peaceful protest of a carnage of another kind;  the systematic killing of the unborn. The tens of millions of unseen victims, whose blood though not visible in the public square runs river wide through every city and hamlet in this country and beyond.

And I wondered, if we might feel differently, if the camera captured for the nightly news the blood of these victims in the same way they did for the people of Paris. Would we be outraged? Would we be sad and sickened? So grieved that Facebook and other social media would see sweeping changes as people change their profiles in support of the sanctity of life …. all life.

The Bible tells us in Proverbs 6:17 that God hates the shedding of innocent blood. And for God to hate is a very strong word because his very nature is love.  Therefore for life to have value …..  all life must have value.  It cannot be up to one group or another to decide who should live and who should die based on their own individual agendas.  For the jihadist, the killing is justified by his view of life. For the abortion provider, the same. And each holds fiercely to their own agenda, while the blood continues to flow.

Friends, the Bible tells us that we reap what we sow. And, we have sown the seeds of blood for far too long. As I write this, France is justifiably at war with Isis ….. and with Isis in Syria this means a very good chance of putting France and its allies at odds with Russia, who is in Syria to back up Assad. Not to mention the foregone conclusion that Isis will strike hard and fast at any Western country or city in retaliation.

Make no mistake about it … blood is in our future. There is no good outcome …… with the exception of the coming of Jesus Christ for what is about to transpire.

If you are touched by the spirit of God today and you are not sure of what the future holds for you in these tenuous and tumultuous times. Please pray this prayer with me:

Father, I come to you in Jesus name. Please forgive me for all my sin. Help me Father to change and to live my life in a way that is pleasing to you. Fill me with your Holy Spirit and come in to my life. Prepare me Father for what is ahead with peace, comfort and wisdom. Help me to know that no matter what happens, the enemy will not prevail for Jesus has already won the victory. I thank you Father that because of Jesus my sins are forgiven and when my earthly life comes to an end, I will be found in heaven with you.  In Jesus name, Amen!

“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem they shall prosper who love thee” Psalm 122:6

Watching and waiting with YOU for the soon return of Jesus!  Cindy

  1. Jesus of Nazareth is on the move! The LawlessOne is being made known so then the Sons of God will be revealed.

Please join us begging the Father to do as our brother Jesus of Nazareth told a disciple……”Do it quickly”.

Come home my brother for we all can say this because Jesus said in John 10:34 …. Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? 35 If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; 36 Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God? 37 If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not. 38 But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.

Our Inheritance as brothers of the Messiah gives us the right to call upon the Father, for He lives in US. His Temple is here. He is the Lord of my host, your host. The Lord of Hosts.. His Temple is in US. Let us call upon the Father for He is in US and we are one with Him.

I remind you of the Lord Yeshua;s reference in John 10, as it is written in Psalm 82 : 1 The psalm of Asaph. God stood in the synagogue of gods; forsooth he deemeth gods in the middle.

1{A Psalm of Asaph.} God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods.

2 How long will ye judge unjustly, and accept the persons of the wicked? Selah.

3 Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.

4 Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.

5 They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course.

6 I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are sons of the most High God.

7 But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.

8 Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.

    שובה יהוה רבבות אלפי ישראל
Shuvah Adoni, reve vot al fay Israel.
Return oh Lord, return to the thousands of families of Israel.
    Numbers 10:36

Please hurry, for heart is weary,
