2015 – And, the Road Ahead

The start of a new year is always an exciting and interesting time and even more so when you consider prophetically speaking. And, never more so than now. I cannot remember when I have looked at a new year with as much anticipation. This year, I believe is going to shape up to be one of the greatest in the history of prophetic fulfillment since the nation of Israel was re-born in 1948 and Jerusalem was returned to Jewish control in 1967.

Yesterday, January 5 was the mid-point between the tetrads. We are now more than half way towards their prophetic fulfillment. Indicative, I believe that we are set on a course that cannot be changed – locked in place – you might say, headed towards the soon and final fulfillment of God’s prophetic plan and the soon coming of Jesus.

As we say goodbye to 2014, the stage is set. Bias against Christians is at an all time high. Anti-Semitism is on the rise. Weather changes, earthquakes, and extreme violence indicate the road ahead is going to be a rough one. And, the temple in Jerusalem is near ready and just waiting to be rebuilt. The world is on the threshold of chaos and darkness and for those who do not know Christ it will be a perplexing and fearful time as everything known is about to be shaken. There is no firm foundation outside Jesus Christ.

But, for those of us who do know Christ we take encouragement from these words:

“But, I trust in your O Lord; I say, you are my God. My times are in your hands”

As I close this short post, I want to wish you all well. May the hand of God’s blessing and protection be on you and your families and we enter this most momentous of years. Keeping your eyes on Jesus the author and finisher of our faith – for he is coming soon!  Cindy

“Pray for the peace of Jerusalem they shall prosper who love thee”  Psalm 122:6
