Yes, this ship is going down. And, like the steamships America and United States (traveling opposite directions on the Ohio River on December 4, 1868 ) the two-party system, Republican and Democrat are fated to collide with each other – with the same disastrous results.

I’ve been trying to imagine the day after the election. No doubt, no matter which side wins, the other will call foul as the potential for voter fraud in this election is perhaps greater than ever before.
For most Americans there is a lot riding on this election. Each perceiving that their way of life and values will be snatched away by the other. And, in the midst of growing disaster and disillusion by the American people, the stakes couldn’t be higher. Fomenting the very real possibility, of not just dancing in streets by the winners but, violence in the aftermath on the part of the losers.
America, the united has over the last four years become increasingly America the divided. And, as Jesus said, in Mark 3:25 –
” A house divided against itself cannot stand”.
When, I was a child each school day began with these words:
I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
Simple but, beautiful words. Words that seem almost archaic now, like looking through the rear window of an automobile as something loved fades away into the distance.
But, the reality is this. The kingdoms of this world were never meant to stand. And, on Wednesday November 7, no matter, who wins the election; little will have changed. America will remain a nation divided – a nation on a collision course with itself, (and, the God, she abandoned).
I pray that as we go into election day, each one of us, as believers, will have a renewed sense of hope. Knowing, that it is by God’s design that the kings and kingdoms of this world will all eventually pass away. And, as they do, we do not despair, (as those who have no hope), but, rejoice, for our hope (which lies in heaven) is that much closer, than it ever was before.
“….. And they admitted that they were aliens and strangers on earth. People who say such things show that they are looking for a country of their own. If they had been thinking of the country they had left, they would have had the opportunity to return. Instead, they were longing for a better country — a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them.” Hebrews 11:13-16.
Watching and waiting with YOU for the soon return of the one whose kingdom will be established forever and ever in righteousness and peace – our Lord, and King Jesus Christ! Cindy

“A house divided against itself cannot stand” The two party system actually came out of one. And so it is literally a house divided against itself.
This whole concept is laid out by a very clever scheme to keep people moving towards compromise.

The whole concept of voting for the “lessor” of two evils is one that very much bothers me and what bothers me even more are those who are falling for it and should know better.
As for me? I am throwing in my whole with Christ and intend to write Him in. Does not the whole realm of creation sit under Him?
And I no longer pledge allegiance to any, other than Him.
May the God of heaven hear the blood of those who have been murdered for their flesh since Roe VS. Wade and the voice of those who call out to Him. One thing I heard this week that simply left me sick to my stomach was the fact that the storm Sandy ravaged area is home to some of the most grievous sins against man and God. Delaware has the fame of of every five pregnancies, two are aborted. 40 PERCENT and most likely with taxpayer money AND the body of Christ has allowed it.
Father, cause your people to wake up and stand.

I live in Ohio and hate speech against each candidate abounds! I have been warning my husband for the past week that whoever wins this election, the country will still be headed in the same direction, because each candidate is so similar to the other, amd there will be violence and civil unrest from whoever loses. I haven’t paid attention to elections all that much prior to Clinton, but I have never seen so much hatred, deception, foul language and public participation (probably some extent due to the internet). I will glad when it’s over. May God have mercy on us all as we have all been a part of the sins of this nation either by omission or commission. The Bridegroom tarries, and Bride waits with bated breath! Even so, come quickly, Lord Jesus.

Dear Cindy,
We witnessed the hand of the Lord change the outcome of an election. We saw the hand of the Lord create Sandy and move it into the mindset of the nation. Just days before the landfall, a righteous man, was poised to become the 45th president of our country.
Our Lord’s return and 2000 year plan would not allow a righteous man to stand in the way of the Son of Perdition. In the midst of the 7 years, he confirmed his covenant with many. http://biblos.com/daniel/9-27.htm
He has arrived. The believer have been beseeching the Lord of Hosts to send forth His Son, return Him to US, His waiting body, the ecclesia, knowing that the Son of Perdition must be made known.
The Son of Perdition has been made known, now the Sons of God will be revealed.
Stand forth believers, who is written upon your hearts? It must be Yeshua, son of David, son of Jesse, son of Joseph, the begotten son of God, for He is on the move. The last member of His body has been made.
